Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Relocation Available
Prosperity Placement Solutions is recruiting Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for one of the largest and most established public health systems in Florida, serving its community for over 100 years. Multiple clinical settings are available, allowing candidates to align their experience and interests with the right environment.
Available settings include Outpatient, Inpatient, Acute Care, Critical Care, Post-Acute, and Home Health.
Compensation, Incentives, and Benefits
Hourly pay up to $54.39, based on experience and setting
$5,000 sign-on bonus

Typical hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Setting-Specific Schedules
Outpatient: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Home Health: Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday
Acute Care: Rotating weekends and holidays
Post-Acute: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Position Overview
Provide screening, evaluation, treatment, and education for patients with:
Speech and language disorders
Cognitive-communication impairments
Voice and fluency disorders
Swallowing disorders
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Maintain compliance with ASHA professional standards
Document evaluations, progress, and outcomes in the electronic medical record
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Educate patients and families to support continuity of care
Requirements
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
Active Florida SLP license or ability to obtain prior to relocation
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (CFY candidates considered if eligible)
Current AHA BLS certification (valid for at least 90 days post-hire)
Strong clinical and communication skills
