Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

School-Based Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – Delaware 📍 Christina School District Area ⚠️ Employment contingent upon contract award

Join a Districtwide School-Based Speech Team

SOS Personnel is building a high-performing team of licensed Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) to support students ages 0–22 across elementary, middle, high, and specialized programs in New Castle County, Delaware.

We are currently recruiting experienced school-based SLPs in anticipation of a multi-year district contract award.

Please note: Employment is contingent upon SOS Personnel being awarded the contract.

Responsibilities May Include

Conducting formal and informal speech-language evaluations

Developing IEP goals, PLEPs, and progress reporting

Participating in IEP meetings

Providing direct and consultative services

Collaborating with teachers and related service providers

Maintaining therapy documentation and Medicaid logs

Qualifications:

Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology

Active Delaware SLP License (or ability to obtain)

ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP preferred)

Minimum 3 years school-based experience preferred

Strong IEP and compliance knowledge
