    We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our Therapy Services team. This role involves delivering high-quality speech and language pathology services, including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions for adult and geriatric patients.     Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct comprehensive speech and language pathology evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
    • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to patient needs.
    • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
    • Educate patients and families on therapy goals and at-home strategies.
    • Maintain accurate documentation that meets professional and regulatory standards.
    • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care.
    • Participate in continuing education and professional development activities.
    • Assist with mentoring SLP students and Clinical Fellows.

    Qualifications:

    • Education: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or foreign equivalent).
    • Licensure: Current Arizona Speech-Language Pathology license (or ability to obtain before start date).
    • Certification: * Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC) from ASHA (or eligibility). * BLS and AED certification through the American Heart Association.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience serving individuals with physical disabilities
    • Experience working with adult and geriatric populations.
