What You’ll Do:

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized, evidence-based speech therapy treatment plans
• Provide skilled therapy for speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders
• Collaborate with Speech-Language Pathology Assistants and interdisciplinary care teams
• Educate patients and caregivers on strategies, exercises, and home programs
• Track progress and adjust plans of care to achieve optimal functional outcomes
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EMR

What You Bring:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state SLP license and ASHA CCC-SLP (or eligibility)
• Strong clinical judgment and patient engagement skills
• Passion for outcomes-driven, patient-centered care
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
