About the Role:

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for clients.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address specific communication needs.

Provide therapy sessions to clients in various settings, including home and community environments.

Monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for clients.

Educate clients and families on communication strategies and techniques.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in speech therapy.

Participate in professional development and training opportunities.

Requirements:

Current state licensure to practice as a Speech Therapist in Florida.

Experience in a home health setting is a plus.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Compassionate demeanor with a passion for helping others.

Flexible availability for PRN shifts, including weekends and holidays.

AXXESS Home Health (EMR) experience preferred.
