What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking motivated and caring licensed clinicians who are committed to delivering exceptional patient care.

Requirements:

Active and valid Texas state license

2 years of clinical experience

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to include your viewpoint in the care of patients

Reliable transportation for home-based visits

Passion for providing high-quality, patient-centered care
