Account Manager

Tired of the retail grind, working nights, weekends and holidays? SpeedPro – Boca Raton, a large format graphics printer, is searching for a Client Manager. This position is a key member of the team, working with and managing a portfolio of customers. Candidates should be exceptional communicators; proficient in understanding customer’s needs, and recommend solutions. They may have to research different options/approaches to achieve the results that the customer seeks.

Responsibilities and Duties

Using our project management system, the Account Manager will issue project estimates; gather customer artwork; and provide customer relevant guidance to our production team. This position requires a working knowledge of Abode products (AI & PS).

Combine creativity and knowledge of large format graphics to recognize customer’s needs and offer solutions

Ability to communicate effectively with Customers, written and verbal

Liaise with the customer and act as key point of contact

Create and provide quotes to both new and current customers as needed

Oversee and facilitate the Sales-to-production process, using our project management system, and through direct communication with our team

Manage projects from customer/prospect inquiry as provided by the outside Sales Representative

Keep track of impending deadlines and ensure all work is completed in a timely manner

Ensure accurate invoicing for all customers

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
