Compensation
Salary: $63,000 to $68,000
Bonus: Potential to earn bonus as a % of salary based on company performance

Position Summary
As a Systems Support Specialist, your responsibilities will include providing technical support and training to franchisees in areas of applicable equipment, tools and software.
This position requires the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with a great attitude. You’ll be interfacing daily with our franchisees, our corporate team, and our various vendors. To be our Systems Support Specialist, you will need to be extremely organized, have great interpersonal skills and be methodical.
Job Responsibilities
· Manage user accounts on all SpeedPro business systems (Microsoft Exchange Server, ShareFile, and SpeedPro resource/ training sites)
· Provide timely & professional troubleshooting and user account support through the Company’s support ticketing system, by email, over the phone, remote login and in person for business systems and software
· Oversee franchisee usage, compliance/standardization on SpeedPro’s Point of Sale system (CoreBridge)
· Setup, configure and support technical equipment like computers and laptops
· Assist with development, integration, and training of all business software management systems
· Generate reports as directed by production lead and/or executive team
· Research new business solutions and determine the integration and development plans
· Update and/or create additional content on internal educational Hub resource site and University training site
· Other tasks or duties as directed
Requirements, Experience and Skills
· Strong knowledge of networking and small business IT
· Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft Exchange Servers, Securities and Compliances
· Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent training or 2+ years experience in lieu of degree
· Great personality with strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
· Excellent customer service skills
· Strong work ethic
· Strong organizational and analytic skills
· Self-directed with the ability to manage time on simultaneous projects
· Knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
· CoreBridge or other Point of Sale Systems experience a plus
Position will be in-office during training period and then move to a hybrid position
