The Customer Service and Account Representative reports directly to the SpeedPro Imaging studio owner and is primarily responsible for oversee and maintain the existing customer base while also developing new clients.
Core Functions:
Manage customer experience from estimating through delivery.
Respond to inquiries generated by our digital marketing.
Make follow-up calls to existing customers to ensure their satisfaction with end-products and to drive further business opportunities.
Other Required Skills:
Ability to maintain a high level of engagement with a customer base
Verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
Proactive and self-motivated to work independently and in a team environment
A keen eye for visual design
Ideal Candidates Will Also Possess:
2+ years of prior account management and customer service experience - must be in a business to business role.
