The Production and Customer Service Associate reports directly to the SpeedPro studio owner and is primarily responsible for assisting in producing various wide-format specialty printing products and assisting in day-to-day operations. This position plays a critical role through outstanding performance in fast turn-around times, high-quality product output, and efficiency with materials to minimize waste.
Functions:
Assist the printing and production of client orders
Inspect customer files, provide digital proofs, and make the graphics print-ready
Learn to operate and maintain large-format printers, laminators, and plotters
Smaller graphic installations
Unloading/unpacking deliveries to the studio (job requires ability to lift 35+ lbs)
Learn how to do vehicle inspections and measurements; performing site surveys
Packing, labeling, and shipping completed jobs
Utilization of CoreBridge software for estimates/quotes
Ideal candidates will also possess:
1 year working in the large format sign industry
Experience with large-format printers, laminators, plotters, and graphic and signage finishing
Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
