Job Description
SUMMARY: - Office and Customer Service Clerk is responsible for all office coordination and customer service duties; including order initiation and completion of paperwork, proper filing and distribution of all paperwork, and communication with customers, vendors coordination of orders between office and warehouse as well as communication with corporate personnel at various company locations.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 4 years experience in a similar position
Manufacturing/distribution/production industry experience preferred
MAS 200 (Sage 100) experience a plus
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand: walk; use hand to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 20 lbs.
POSITION TYPE / EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK:
This is a full-time non-exempt position and the hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm with ½ hour for lunch.
