International Freight Forwarder located in Burlingame, California is seeking an Accountant. Our company provides logistics services for air, ocean, and domestic transportation
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Accounts Receivable Cycle
Accounts Payable Cycle
Journal Entries input
Bank reconciliation
Review and Input Intra/Inter-Company settlements
Assist in Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly end closing
Additional task based on organization needs
QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge in Accounting or Finance
Basic knowledge & understanding of debit/credit entries
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc)
Knowledge of Excel Formulas
Fluent typing/10-key
Must be organized, have ability to prioritize and multitask
Accounting work experience
Accounting degree required
Prior logistic/transportation industry experience a plus
