Part Time Administrative Assistant/Receptionist

To ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operations of the company office by managing and coordinating many general administrative activities.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Provide primary phone coverage by answering incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate person with support from coworkers
Greet guests upon their arrival
Manage incoming/outgoing mail and distribute to the office staff
Process outgoing checks
Enter miscellaneous invoices
Gather Bank of America credit card receipts and reconcile the monthly statement
Manage the meeting minutes for the weekly Staff Meeting
Track and pay Sales/Use Tax monthly and enter miscellaneous invoices
Request new job-specific Certificates of Insurance (COIs) from Susquehanna Insurance as needed and manage the Certificates on file
Maintain office supply inventory
Maintain conference room calendars
