    Speedy Monkey, LLC is a Fort Lauderdale-based start-up specializing in premium toys. The founder has over 25 years of successful experience in the toy industry. Our business will be operational in May 2022.

    FOR THE LAUNCH OF OUR NEW COMPANY, WE ARE LOOKING FOR A TRULY MOTIVATED PERSON TO PARTICIPATE IN A GREAT PROFESSIONAL AND HUMAN ADVENTURE. OUR TEAM NOW NEEDS AN :

    INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

    You will be in charge of B2B sales. In this role, we’re looking for someone with the drive to seek out potential clients and foster relationships making outbound prospecting calls and online. You will focus on implementing the sales strategy to achieve aggressive sales goals. You will have to use your knowledge of the Internet/e-commerce and traditional retail to prospect, cultivate and execute strategic partnerships. This position requires a mix of professional sales skills, and an upbeat, “can-do” positive attitude.

    RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:

    • Identify and generate new leads through cold calling and close key sales opportunities
    • Build and cultivate professional and trusting relationships with key customers
    • Populate and maintain customer records database (Experience in Salesforce preferred)
    • Qualify and nurture inbound leads generated by marketing activities, website visits
    • Generate prospect key relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications
    • Work collaboratively and efficiently with the field sales partners

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • 2+ years of experience selling to B-to-B accounts
    • Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with clients
    • Effective at engaging prospects, instilling confidence, gaining referrals and valuable information to move a sales cycle forward
    • Strong written communication skills to enable professional, brand building email follow up as needed
    • Be strong and assertive with the ability to overcome objections
    • Sales motivated and eager to professionally develop and succeed
    • Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task without getting overwhelmed and minimal supervision
    • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required

    JOB TYPE: Full-time and Part-time / Monday - Friday.

    BASE PAY RANGE: $18,00 – $22,00 per hour (depending on previous experience) + BONUS

    BENEFITS: Study actually underway

    WORK LOCATION: Hybrid (part remote - part office in Fort Lauderdale area).

    May travel occasionally to attend shows or visit customers.
