Position Summary:
Our SPENGA crew is looking to grow our sales team. If you are a positive, outgoing, confident team player this might be the perfect role for you. We are looking for a superstar sales professional. Someone who has an unstoppable drive to grow, feels comfortable making calls, is a fitness lover, has strong customer service skills and is an overall self-driven salesperson.

Key Responsibilities:
• Meet and exceed all key performance sales indicators for our studios, including membership sales/renewals, maximizing workout traffic and maintaining premium customer service levels • Build strong relationships with Spenga members • Conduct in person, goal-oriented consultations with all trial members • Work collaboratively with the studio manager • Strategize on methods to increase daily lead flow • Follow-up on all leads and member communication • Meet daily, weekly and monthly sales targets • Attend all sales and training meetings
Responsibilities:
Sell memberships and retail
Meet and exceed sales and retention expectations
Set up and reset studio equipment before and after classes.
Maintain clean facility
As a SPENGA ambassador, sell, and add to the SPENGA culture in and out of the studio.
Qualifications:
• 1-year previous sales experience, preferred • Excellent customer service skills • Motivated and passionate about health and fitness • Positive and detail-oriented person that can talk to anyone • Comfortable learning new software, such as MindBody and AXLE • Flexible schedule • Free Membership at SPENGA • Competitive salary and bonus structure
