Position Summary:

The Fitness Sales Manager is responsible for supporting the General Manager in creating an overwhelmingly positive experience for members and potential members who walk through our studio door. This encompasses everything from selling memberships and assisting clients to ensuring all members feel welcome and valued. This individual must LOVE our workout and be passionate about fitness as well as the SPENGA brand.

Qualifications:

Excellent sales, communication and customer service skills

Willingness to learn. Must be able to quickly adapt to our philosophy and technology

Ability to attend off-shift meetings and travel within the neighborhood to participate in community social events and workouts as needed

Contagious upbeat personality

Goal-oriented, with an ability to achieve membership sales

Job Requirements:

Sell memberships and retail, follow up with leads and missed guests, and book and confirm members into sessions

Conduct telephone inquiries/follow-up calls/customer care calls

Greet members and guests promptly, enthusiastically, and with a smile to create a friendly positive entrance into the studio

Conduct tours of the studio while establishing a relationship with the prospect and targeting their needs and goals

Maintain a clean studio, including accurately following the daily/weekly/monthly studio cleaning checklist

Responds immediately to member requests, inquiries and concerns

Assist management in planning, organizing, promoting and attending social and workout events as needed

Assist management in maintaining an active social media presence
