    Job Role Quality Analyst Duration ndash Fulltime Permanent Location Ontario, CA Responsibilities Review Business Requirements and specifications Create andor Review Test Strategy, Test Approach and Test Plan documents Create and Maintain Requirements Traceability Matrix Create and Review test scenarios and test cases and ensure full test coverage and traceability to business requirements Execute test cases, log defects and triage defects ETLData migration testing System integration and UAT testing Develop and implement Test Automation Strategy Create and run automation test scripts Test Tableau and Great Plains reports Participate in daily Scrum meetings Participate in defect triage meetings Prepare test case execution reports Track test progress and identify any issues and risks proactively Prepare Test Metrics and Test SummaryExit Reports Qualifications Must be eligible to work in Canada Bachelorsrsquo Degree in Business, Computer Science, or Engineering or related field (required) Experience in developing, reviewing and executing Test Strategies and Test Plans Experience using test management software including Jira, Micro Focus ALM and Bugzilla Experience in defining and implementing Test Automation Strategies Experience managing defects Experience using test automation software, including UiPath, Selenium and Robot Framework is an asset. Experience in testing of Tableau and Great Plains Reports is an asset. Cross-functional business experience Experience working with and leading teams in a dynamic environment Able to fully utilize Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio) Proven ability to evaluate opportunities and challenges in a systematic manner Familiar with Waterfall, Agile, SDLC and STLC methodologies Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong documentation skills Works well under pressure in a fast-paced work environment Remains informed and apply new developments in the field of knowledge Demonstrated ability to communicate, lead, organize, negotiate and manage risks Experience with CRM solutions, such as Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle Service Cloud or SalesForce will be an asset. Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a diverse group of people Capable of working independently, take the initiative with minimal supervision yet can participate as a team member with a willingness to help where needed Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. Active listening is a prerequisite Organized and detail oriented Strong preference will be given to candidates with French Language proficiency and experience with Test automation strategy and execution
