ABOUT OUR FOUNDER: Phaedra, our founder and CEO, created Spero to democratize dairy, giving everyone access to delicious dairy alternatives that are better for us and the planet. She invented Spero’s technology and designed its brand. Before Spero, she graduated from Cornell in engineering and biosciences, was an award-winning artist, and an All-American athlete. She’s been a top software engineer at Facebook and acquired startups, founded and led organizations at Cornell, Facebook, and Harvard, and has grown Spero to now be in a state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in CA and top retailers across the country, and it’s just the beginning of the journey to change the world for the better!

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Creating dashboards with data analytics
• Managing and conducting data deep dives on Company KPIs
• Creating spreadsheets with advanced functionality
• Manage paperwork across sectors
• Operations/business projects
• Enforcing and maintaining internal security controls
• Cross-functional work to manage and assist with reporting and forecasting across business sectors

QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in STEM or financial field preferred, but not required
• 8-15 years of industry experience including operations, data analytics, spreadsheets, finance, etc.
• Expert analytical & problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail: organization, structure
• Excellent Excel skills, including forecasting and advanced functionalities
• Excellent professionalism
