    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Managing Retail Accounts: relationships with stores and buyers, inventory, marketing
    • Managing In-Store Demos: logistics, scheduling, people, shipments
    • Managing Merchandising and inventory: forecasting, restocks, etc.
    • Paperwork: impeccable attention to detail and timeliness to ensure everything is completed on-time

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading effective sales account management in their territory, developing strong relationships with key stakeholders. You will work cross-functionally to understand sales needs, act as a company brand ambassador to external sources, driving revenue growth through successful sales initiatives and management.

     

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor's degree in sales or marketing preferred but not required
    • 10-15 years of retail food sales experience
    • You've built a network of retail food buyers
    • Outstanding history of leadership and communication
    • Insanely detail-oriented
    • Impeccable execution and relentlessness! Every no can become a yes!
    • Personable and excellent at relationships building
