As part of our multifamily development division, you'll play a crucial role in delivering high-quality projects while upholding our commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and oversee all aspects of multifamily construction projects, ensuring adherence to project schedule, quality standards, and budget objectives.

Conduct preconstruction meetings with critical trades to assess project readiness and establish clear expectations.

Monitor project safety and enforce compliance with industry standards to create a safe working environment for all personnel.

Collaborate with subcontractors, local officials, and inspectors to facilitate project progress and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Take ownership of project punch list completion, ensuring a smooth transition to property management upon project completion.

Mentor assistant superintendents and uphold company policies and procedures to ensure consistency and quality across projects.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum of 10 years of supervisory experience in construction, with a focus on multifamily and commercial projects.

Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for travel between designated communities.

Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office suite.

OSHA 30 certification preferred.

Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
