As a Machine Learning Backend Developer specializing in AWS and JavaScript at Voxer.ai, you will play a pivotal role in architecting and developing the backend infrastructure for our AI platform. Your expertise in machine learning, AWS services, and JavaScript will be critical in creating scalable, high-performance systems that drive our innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities:

Backend Development (JavaScript): Lead the design, development, and optimization of scalable backend services using AWS technologies and JavaScript. Ensure systems are resilient, secure, and capable of supporting high-volume, AI-driven functionalities.

Machine Learning Expertise: Leverage advanced machine learning skills to implement backend solutions in JavaScript that seamlessly integrate with our frontend for a cohesive and intelligent user experience. Drive the adoption of best practices in machine learning and backend development.

Performance Optimization: Diagnose and optimize backend systems to enhance performance, scalability, and reliability in a JavaScript environment. Address challenges related to data processing, API integrations, and system architecture.

Collaboration and Leadership: Mentor junior developers in machine learning, AWS, and JavaScript best practices, fostering a culture of excellence. Collaborate with frontend developers, data scientists, and product teams to ensure seamless integration of AI technologies.

Qualifications:

Over 7 years of professional experience in backend development, with a focus on machine learning, AWS, and JavaScript.

Demonstrated ability to build high-performance backend systems for AI-driven applications.

Proficient in leveraging AWS cloud services, including but not limited to SageMaker, Lambda, and S3, within a JavaScript context.

Experience with containerization technologies (Docker) and continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and inspire a team.
