What You Will Do As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overall management responsibility for receiving, warehouse and shipping functions.
A Typical Day
Receive materials and save Packing Slips on Server as material arrives
Organize materials in Warehouse for easy accessibility and tracking when materials is required
Unload materials with Forklift or pallet jack and store on bins or in shop area
Generate Materials Transfer Documents including model, serial numbers and photos
Follow up and request Materials Transfer documents signed by receiver and save to server
Tracking Log for all Materials in Warehouse to verify all is accounted for
Work with Construction management on deliveries as must be able to drive a truck pulling a trailer with materials
Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following, implementing, and enforcing Company safety standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations
Comply with all OSHA safety regulations and company policies/procedures related to warehouse activities.
Coordinate participation in inventory activities at the branch (includes transactions, receiving and sub-inventory transfers).
Utilize technical knowledge of warehouse and oversee the reliability and throughput including the development and implementation of operational improvement
Ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment and maintain area with safety audits and walk-throughs

What You Will Bring
The Basic
High School Diploma or GED/equivalent
3 years’ experience in warehouse management
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook
Strong interpersonal, communication (verbal and written), and follow-through skills.
Extremely organized and able to handle multiple tasks at a time.
Work well under pressure and daily deadlines.
The Preferred
Associate degree in a technical discipline
5 years’ experience in warehouse management
Prior military experience in a leadership role
Strong interpersonal, communication (verbal and written), and follow-through skills.
