We are looking for a Water/Wastewater Treatment Project Manager to join our Water Business Group in Fort Worth, Texas. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of progressive experience in water and wastewater treatment project design and experience leading design teams through the planning, design, permitting and construction phases. They will perform client development and management activities to support our North Texas Water Business Group team.
In the role of Water/Wastewater Treatment Project Manager, we'll count on you to:
Function as a Project Manager, and be responsible for executing projects and managing and developing multidiscipline teams, utilizing business systems and project management tools
Build team technical expertise and design production capacity through recruitment, staff development and training
Lead and mentor junior staff
Participate in leadership for technical service functions and support the development of services in utility planning, asset management, and water/wastewater facilities planning and design.
Work with the Accounting, Operational and Business leadership for periodic project reviews
Implement QA/QC procedures
Perform other duties as needed
Some regional/national travel will be expected
Required Qualifications
BS in Civil or Environmental Engineering or related discipline required
Minimum of 7 years of experience in water/wastewater treatment design
Minimum 2 years of project management experience
Microsoft Office Suite experience is required
Must have excellent communication, leadership and planning skills, and the ability to thrive in a team environment
Must have strong skills in preparing client presentations, project memoranda, and reports

Preferred Qualifications
MS in Civil or Environmental Engineering or related discipline preferred
Local candidates are preferred
Texas PE license or E.I.T
