    Were looking for an experienced Datacenter Windows Support Admin to join our team. We are seeking a dedicated professional with strong problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of server hardware, datacenter operations, and Windows/Redhat operating systems.     Basic Qualifications:

    2+ years of server hardware/datacenter experience

    1+ years of experience with Windows/Redhat operating systems

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Hands-on experience with Dell hardware (experience with Leveno, HP is a plus)

    Datacenter experience with cooling, environmental management, cold/hot aisle, power infrastructure, UPS, distribution boards, and PDUs

    Various CompTIA certifications is a plus

    Associate degree or higher

    Familiarity with the following technologies and concepts:

    Enterprise storage: SAN, NAS, JBOD, RAID

    Base Windows OS deployment with PXE/SCCM/MDT OS deployment and initial configuration

    Windows OS 2012-2022

    Windows AD infrastructure, permissions, GPO

    Networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, Subnetting, DNS, VLANs

    Basics of network troubleshooting and connectivity issues

    OSI Model

    Basic understanding of a VMware infrastructure

    General visualization and hyperconverged concepts

    Basics of Cat5-6 Copper cabling, labeling, IDF, MDF, and hands-on experience

    Understanding of Fiber Optic Cabling and Standards

    Basic Office applications: Word, Excel, Outlook

    Documentation creation/editing with Visio

    Job Responsibilities:

    Contribute to the development and maintenance of system standards

    Assist in addressing and implementing datacenter operations projects

    Assist in information and requirements gathering for new equipment and systems

    Assist other IT team members as required

    Carry out special projects as needed

    Demonstrate teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting

    Apply strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

    Work independently and as part of a team

    Adapt to a dynamic work environment, solving problems and delivering creative solutions

    Provide direct and responsive communication to business users in support of issues, planned maintenance activities, and project updates

    Work effectively with process owners and SMEs to understand business requirements related to application implementations or enhancements

    Adhere to project management and change control policies and procedures

    Create and/or update support documentation, ensuring accuracy and appropriate detail where applicable.
