    Job Title: Cybersecurity Project Manager

    We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of various cybersecurity projects within our organization. This position offers a 50% remote work arrangement.

    Responsibilities:

    Plan, initiate, and manage cybersecurity projects in alignment with organizational goals.

    Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

    Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation plans.

    Ensure project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to a high level of quality.

    Lead project teams, including cross-functional teams, to achieve project goals.

    Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.

    Communicate project progress, status, and issues to stakeholders, including senior management.

    Ensure compliance with cybersecurity regulations, policies, and standards.

    Requirements:

    At least 5 years of experience in cybersecurity project management.

    Strong project management skills, including project planning, execution, and monitoring.

    Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with proficiency and limited impact to deliverables.

    Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.

    Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

    Knowledge of cybersecurity regulations, policies, and standards, such as NIST, ISO, and GDPR.

    Project Portfolio:

    Technology Services Application Development Training: Manage the rollout of security training for all employees and contractors involved in application development, in collaboration with the Security Team, TS Application Development teams, and a third-party vendor.

    Application Security Training Evaluation: Lead efforts to choose a third-party training platform, gather requirements, and manage end-to-end project deliverables for Security Training.

    Cloud Security Governance Tool: Implement a governance tool to ensure the security of cloud-based deployments and technologies as part of the technology expansion roadmap.
