Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and technically proficient .NET Web Application Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web-based applications primarily using C#, .NET frameworks, and SQL Server. This role demands a deep understanding of web development technologies and best practices, with a strong emphasis on MVC, Entity Framework, WebAPI, and SQL databases.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop robust web-based applications using C#, .NET frameworks (including .NET Core and .NET 5/6), and Entity Framework to enhance business processes.
Utilize SQL Server for database design, development, and optimization, ensuring high performance and reliability of data-driven applications.
Implement responsive UIs using modern technologies such as React and proficiently code in JavaScript/CSS.
Conduct comprehensive unit testing and participate in the end-to-end testing process to ensure the reliability and performance of applications.
Collaborate closely with the Software Development Manager and team leads to devise effective solutions and address technical challenges.
Engage in the maintenance and upgrade of existing legacy systems, employing best practices to improve functionality and system architecture.
Adhere to established coding standards and development practices to maintain code quality and facilitate project documentation.
Analyze requirements and provide accurate work estimates, contributing to the overall project planning and execution strategy.
Troubleshoot and resolve defects, applying systematic problem-solving techniques to identify and implement effective solutions.
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is highly preferred.
1-5 years of experience in .NET web application development, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in C#, .NET, Entity Framework, and SQL Server.
Demonstrated proficiency in web development technologies, including MVC, WebAPI, React, JavaScript/CSS, and other relevant frameworks.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
