    As a Branch Manager, you will play a critical role in leading our team and contributing to the overall success of our branch. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual who is hungry for success, accountable for their branch's performance, and capable of driving results. If you have a background in construction management and project management, we want to hear from you!

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of project managers, estimators, warehouse staff, and designers to ensure the successful execution of projects and daily operations.

    2. Accountability: Take ownership of the branch's performance, ensuring that it meets and exceeds its targets and goals. Be responsible for financial performance, project delivery, and overall branch success.

    3. Verification and Improvement: Continuously assess the strengths and weaknesses of your team, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance overall performance.

    4. Experience and Qualifications: We are looking for a seasoned professional with a minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management and project management, particularly in managing projects with a budget of $20 million or more.

    5. Project Diversity: The ideal candidate will have experience working with a variety of project types, but experience in healthcare and federal projects is highly desirable. We value versatility and the ability to adapt to different project requirements.

    6. New Business Development: While this role primarily focuses on branch management, the ability to generate new business is a plus. However, please note that there is a dedicated Business Development person already in the branch.

    Qualifications:

    · Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field.

    · Proven track record of managing large-scale projects and leading teams successfully.

    · Strong leadership and management skills.

    · Knowledge of the construction industry, including regulations and best practices.

    · Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

    · Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
