Responsibilities:

Project Oversight:

Conduct thorough field inspections and assessments on highway and roadway projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and specifications.

Provide expert insights into design and building construction roadway phases, demonstrating proficiency in all aspects of construction inspection.

Collaboration and Communication:

Foster effective working relationships with project teams, developers, and clients.

Serve as a liaison between the company and external stakeholders, maintaining open communication channels for seamless project execution.

Problem Resolution and Operations Improvement:

Proactively identify and resolve construction-related issues to improve overall project operations.

Offer innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and address challenges encountered during the construction process.

Flexibility and Commitment:

Proficiency in software such as SharePoint, Document Locator, Adobe Acrobat Professional, and Adobe Reader.

Strong understanding of TxDOT Standards and reading plans.

Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
