    Sperry Residential Group at Compass is seeking a highly motivated, self-starter Brand Ambassador to join their real estate team. This role will include assisting with all of Sperry Residential Group’s Operational and Marketing efforts through the areas listed below to promote listings and overall branding in a fast-paced environment while maintaining client happiness. This individual will be an excellent communicator, detailed problem solver, and possess the strong ability to multi-task and manage several congruent campaigns with passion a dedication to excellence. Plan and monitor Day to Day running of the business to ensure smooth processes are maintained Keeping accurate schedules for Brian Sperry Setting confirming appointments/showings of homes Keep and maintain business and personal files Manage CRM + Tasks + Action Plans Make calls and discuss business matters with clients Run errands as needed Draft listing and or buyer presentations Obtain and manage signatures for documents by Agent and/or Clients Attend weekly team meetings Process, respond and archive emails on behalf of Agent Coordinate Marketing Materials between Brian and Marketing/Admin Team Maintain Social and Print Marketing Calendar Create Social Media Content and Post Client Coordinator: This part of the job will be to keep all clients up to date, well informed and most of all happy Job duties to include: Communicating closely with Transaction Coordinator Answering client emails and phone calls Email weekly and/or monthly marketing updates and plans to clients Organize and Send Client Closing gifts Obtain signatures from Clients when needed Show homes when needed Host Broker Previews or Open Houses when needed Keeping and maintaining all checklists and systems (Skyslope, Zipforms, Glide) Dropbox set-up and maintenance as needed Ensuring all property material is received or provided Ensure deadlines are met Set up and coordinate and follow-up with all 3rd Party Inspections Package inspections and reports for Clients Ensure all documents are distributed, completed and executed Coordinate documents between Escrow, Title and Lenders Keep and maintain all files of transactions Qualities needed for this position: Active California Real Estate License a must BS/BA minimum college degree Tech Savvy with complete knowledge of Mac OS, Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite Great phone etiquette Great interpersonal communication Good problem solver who thinks on his or her feet and anticipates needs of the principles Great coordination skills (travel, schedule coordination, meetings, project deadlines and events etc.) Great follow-through (start and finish all tasks efficiently) Great attention to detail Keeps offices clean and organized Responsibilities: Keep a balanced record of the broker’s business transactions Input information received about clients through streamlined database management Oversee the broker’s schedules, team meetings, and travel arrangements Convey messages to broker that were received through phone calls, emails, memos, or reports Serve as a liaison between the managing broker and clientele Qualifications: A valid Real Estate License is required for this job Real estate experience preferred but not required Accustomed to navigating computer software such as Microsoft Office and MLS Used to handling private information and meeting hard deadlines Strong interpersonal skills and time management skills High school diploma or G.E.D. required Compensation: $50,000 - $75,000 yearly
