Responsibilities: Customer Assistance: Provide stellar service to customers and business partners via phone and email. Issue Resolution: Tackle complaints with professionalism, swiftly diagnosing and resolving problems. Route Monitoring: Ensure on-time and efficient deliveries by overseeing delivery routes. Order Processing: Handle scanning of haul-away pods, verify stamps, and manage changes or cancellations to delivery orders.
Requirements: High School Diploma or GED Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred Skills: 1 year of related experience, preferably in warehouse or logistics Strong customer service skills with a knack for issue resolution Exceptional multitasking and organizational abilities Ability to thrive under pressure, surpassing customer expectations
