Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced IT Help Desk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to employees and customers. You will be responsible for resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
Responsibilities:
Respond to incoming support requests and troubleshoot technical issues via phone, email, and in-person
Log all support requests and document the steps taken to resolve them
Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
Assist with setting up new user accounts
Provide excellent customer service and ensure timely resolution of technical issues
Requirements:
HS Diploma
At least 1 year of experience in an IT support role
Strong technical knowledge of operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and hardware troubleshooting
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
