As a General Laborer, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to support the efficient operation of the worksite. Your duties will encompass manual labor, equipment operation, and assisting skilled tradespeople as needed. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a willingness to work in various environments.

Responsibilities:

1. Performing Manual Labor: Engage in tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials or equipment around the worksite. Follow safety protocols to prevent injuries and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

2. Operating Machinery: Utilize hand tools, power tools, and other equipment safely and effectively. This may include but is not limited to jackhammers, drills, saws, and forklifts. Adhere to proper operating procedures and maintenance schedules.

3. Assisting Skilled Workers: Support skilled tradespeople, such as carpenters, electricians, or plumbers, by assisting with tasks as directed. This may involve holding materials, fetching tools, or preparing work areas.

4. Site Maintenance: Assist in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness on the job site. This includes picking up debris, sweeping, and disposing of waste materials properly. Keep track of inventory and report any shortages or damages.

5. Following Instructions: Listen carefully to instructions from supervisors or lead workers and execute tasks accordingly. Seek clarification if needed and communicate any concerns or issues promptly.
