We are seeking a Healthcare Insurance Benefits Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping patients enroll into their healthcare plans in an inbound call center.
Responsibilities:
Handle patient inquiries, enrollments and concerns
Provide information about the health plan and services
Troubleshoot and resolve issues and concerns
Document and update patient records based on interactions
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the services
Qualifications:
Previous experience in healthcare insurance customer service
Ability to build rapport with patients
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
