Our client is seeking for an experienced Sales Manager to join their team!
In this position you will be responsible of meeting the sales and profitability targets, maintain and establish client's relationships. The Sales Manager will be working with Accounting, Operations and other Sales Managers to meet both individual and company goals. This role reports to higher management. You have to be disciplined, self-motivated, organized, and energetic.
The position is based in the Houston area but is responsible for sales in all territories and services.
Requirements:
High school Diploma or GED
5+ years of specialized industry experience in drilling, downhole operations, integrity management, and/or midstream mechanical industries.
5+ years experience in outside industrial service-related sales, including skills in estimate and proposal preparation, as well as cold calling.
Ability to troubleshoot, organize and plan, maintain systems and equipment, good computer knowledge , and strong mathematical skills.
25% 50% of travel time and sometimes overnight travel may be required
Positive attitude, ability to self-start, meet deadlines and handle high-stress level will be required.
Salary: Option to take a lower salary and higher commission or take a higher salary and lower commission Benefits: All benefits are paid for by the company
