Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Recruiting Sourcer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for a variety of positions across the organization.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract and retain top talent
Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, and networking events, to identify potential candidates
Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders
Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruiting
Track and report on recruiting metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source-of-hire
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is preferred
2+ years of experience in recruiting or a related field
Strong knowledge of recruiting techniques, strategies, and best practices
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Experienced with recruiting tools
Experience in recruiting for a variety of roles and industries
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
