As an Operator, you'll play a crucial role in fulfilling orders on a state-of-the-art Packaging/Processing equipment. Safety, quality, and productivity are at the forefront of what they do, and we're seeking Operators who are passionate about making a difference.

$17 - $20/hour Rotating shift, days and nights, must be able to work either shift.

Responsibilities: Safety: Work in a clean, safe manner ensuring compliance with Food Safety and GMP standards. Quality: Identify and eliminate quality issues to uphold our commitment to excellence. Productivity: Actively drive and improve Uptime and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). Technical: Continuously improve and apply new technical skills to enhance operational efficiency. Teamwork: Foster a positive work environment by encouraging collaboration with coworkers.

Working hours: 6:00 AM - 6:00 AM (Various Shifts Available)

Skills: 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (food manufacturing preferred) Flexible schedule for days, nights, and weekends Desire to help others and seek opportunities for collaboration Positive attitude, excellent attendance record, self-motivated, and detail-oriented

Education: High School

Experience: 1-4 years

Qualifications: High School education Strong troubleshooting skills Excellent multitasking and attention to detail Basic math skills and ability to pass an aptitude test Effective communication skills with the team and Supervisor Physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs
