We are seeking a Healthcare Benefits Enrollment Analyst to join our team! You will be responsible for helping patients enroll into their healthcare plans. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle patient inquiries and concerns
• Provide information about the health plan and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues and concerns
• Document and update patient records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the services

​QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in customer service, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
