We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team.     As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound calls, emails, and other communication channels, promptly and efficiently addressing customer inquiries. Your keen attention to detail and strong sense of urgency will help you provide creative solutions that exceed customer expectations.

    Requirements:

    Minimum of 2 years of relevant Customer Service experience in a business-to-business environment, preferably within the rental industry.

    PC literacy in a Microsoft environment and familiarity with an ERP system.

    Proven customer focus with the ability to prioritize and deliver timely solutions.

    Acute attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all customer interactions.

    Excellent interpersonal skills, including exceptional written, oral, facilitation, and presentation abilities.

    Collaborative style with a decisive, results-oriented approach.

    Ability to work independently, demonstrating self-direction and effective time management.

    Willingness to learn and adapt to various aspects of the business.

    Responsibilities:

    Responding promptly and efficiently to inbound telephone calls, emails, and other channels, meeting agreed touchpoint standards and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

    Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and actively seeking ways to improve customer feedback KPIs.

    Providing support to the sales function, processing customer orders, conducting post-order follow-up activities, and expediting the overall process.

    Translating customer requirements across multiple systems to ensure operational teams meet customer expectations.

    Delivering exceptional customer experiences by consistently meeting and exceeding defined customer experience standards and touchpoint outcomes.
