    We're seeking a skilled and compassionate Radiologic Technologist to join our client's dynamic healthcare team. As a Radiologic Technologist, you will play a crucial role in the diagnosis and treatment of patients by producing high-quality medical images using X-ray, CT, MRI, or other imaging modalities. Your expertise will contribute to the overall success of our healthcare facility by ensuring accurate and timely imaging services.

    Responsibilities:

    Perform diagnostic imaging procedures using various modalities, such as X-ray, CT, MRI, or fluoroscopy.

    Prepare and position patients for imaging, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the procedure.

    Operate and maintain imaging equipment, following safety protocols and quality assurance guidelines.

    Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to discuss patient history and obtain necessary clinical information.

    Evaluate the quality of images to ensure diagnostic accuracy, making adjustments as needed during the imaging process.

    Monitor patients during procedures and provide reassurance and support as needed.

    Maintain patient records and ensure proper documentation of procedures, including patient history and radiation exposure.

    Stay current with advancements in imaging technology and participate in ongoing education and training programs.

    Adhere to infection control and radiation safety protocols to protect patients, staff, and yourself.

    Assist in the development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures.

    Qualifications:

    Associate degree in Radiologic Technology or related field; Bachelor's degree is a plus.

    ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification.

    State licensure as a Radiologic Technologist.

    Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

    Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care.

    Willingness to adapt to new technologies and stay informed about industry developments.
