Responsibilities: Recruit workers from the Union to work on site jobs Expand recruitment efforts beyond state borders by leveraging existing contacts and utilizing a variety of channels Coordination and scheduling of heavy equipment to job sites Scheduling drug screens Ensuring strict adherence to site-specific OSHA guidelines Ensure that workers possess valid TWIC cards and adhere to all necessary guidelines
