As a Warehouse General Laborer, you'll play a vital role in our operation, primarily responsible for moving, arranging, lifting, and loading storage boxes, bins, and totes. These items can range in weight from 24lbs to over 100lbs, requiring physical strength and agility.

Your daily tasks will include processing orders, moving boxes of files, books, binders, backup tapes, and other materials. This work is physically demanding, involving manual lifting, carrying, and arranging boxes while standing, stooping, crawling, kneeling, and twisting. You'll need to be able to lift and carry boxes ranging from 10-100lbs without assistance and safely operate hand trucks and pallet jacks on uneven and concrete surfaces.

Your main responsibilities will involve retrieving and shelving boxes, with the use of a 5-step ladder for higher shelves. The ability to lift at least 30 lbs. consistently is essential for this position.

The job requires you to walk, stand, kneel, squat, stoop, and bend for extended periods, as well as climb and balance on ladders. You'll need to read and write English, use a proprietary computer system to track orders, operate a handheld scanner, and load and shrink-wrap pallets manually or with material handling aids.
