Join our team as a Warehouse Associate in Gonzales! In this role, you will play a crucial part in receiving, storing, and distributing materials and products within the warehouse.

Schedule: 2 days per week (Sunday and Wednesday) with potential for additional shifts on Mondays and Thursdays Hours: 6/7am - Until tasks are completed (4-5 hours per day) Pay: $16/hr.

This is an ongoing part-time temporary position with the possibility of extension and increased hours. We are seeking reliable candidates who are committed to delivering quality work.

Responsibilities: Assist in shipping and receiving, including unloading trucks, checking merchandise, and matching purchase orders. Read and interpret customer orders, work orders, or shipping orders to determine items for distribution. Move materials from storage areas to designated locations, following predetermined sequences. Fill requisitions, work orders, or material requests and distribute items accordingly. Ensure warehouse safety and accessibility for salespeople and customer traffic. Record inventory amounts and assist in physical inventory counts. Perform facilities maintenance duties as needed, such as cleaning and organizing. Wear appropriate safety equipment and adhere to safety rules and procedures.

Required Skills: High school diploma or GED equivalent. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedure manuals. At least 3 months of related experience or training, or a combination of education and experience.
