    Our San Jose, CA client seeks a Director/General Manager (Contract Manufacturing)

    Director of Contract Manufacturing will oversee all aspects of manufacturing processes outsourced to third-party contract manufacturers.

    Responsibilities:

    4. Quality Assurance and Compliance

    6. Relationship Management

    Qualifications:

    1. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, supply chain management, or a related field. A master's degree or MBA highly preferred.

    2. Experience: Extensive experience (10+ years) in manufacturing operations, with a focus on contract manufacturing and supply chain management. Prior experience in a leadership role is essential.

    3. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality management systems, and regulatory requirements relevant to the industry. Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma principles and other continuous improvement methodologies is desirable.

    4. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.

    5. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

    6. Leadership Abilities: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals. Experience in leading change management initiatives is advantageous.

    7. Negotiation Skills: Proficiency in negotiation techniques and contract management, with the ability to secure favorable terms and resolve conflicts diplomatically.

    8. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    9. Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing business requirements and operational priorities in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
