Our San Jose, CA client seeks a Director/General Manager (Contract Manufacturing)
Director of Contract Manufacturing will oversee all aspects of manufacturing processes outsourced to third-party contract manufacturers.

Qualifications:
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, supply chain management, or a related field. A master's degree or MBA highly preferred.
Experience: Extensive experience (10+ years) in manufacturing operations, with a focus on contract manufacturing and supply chain management. Prior experience in a leadership role is essential.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality management systems, and regulatory requirements relevant to the industry. Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma principles and other continuous improvement methodologies is desirable.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Leadership Abilities: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals. Experience in leading change management initiatives is advantageous.
Negotiation Skills: Proficiency in negotiation techniques and contract management, with the ability to secure favorable terms and resolve conflicts diplomatically.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
