    SpinXpress is hiring a Regional Maintenance Manager to join our growing team. We’re looking to invest in a candidate who is interested in growth, upward mobility, and the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-energy work environment. You’ll act as a Facilities Technician to upkeep all equipment, building and grounds maintenance to ensure our business is running at 100%. Responsibilities: • Ensure all machines are available and operational to maintain a 95% up-time metric across all locations. Will train to repair washer, dryer, vending, and utility centers • Manage and maintain all RTU units across all facilities • Make sure that all facilities are up to code and safe for all customers and employees to maintain a clean, bright, and safe environment • Develop, implement, and monitor a Preventative Maintenance Program • Ensures safe practices at all times through implementation of safety training for facility associates on an annual basis • Perform general repair and maintenance duties, including patch, paint, plumbing, electrical and HVAC work to maintain facility operations and standards • This is a physically demanding position requiring lifting, bending, extending, using hand tools to repair machinery and walking or standing for a majority of the work-day Qualifications: • Facilities Management and/or similar field preferred, but not required. We will train the right person! • Poised professional who demonstrates initiative, organization, and a strong sense of urgency • Exceptional communication skills • Proven ability to maintain the flexibility necessary to listen, adapt, respond, and meet the complex and changing needs of the business • Proven ability to take leadership roles and to plan and coordinate the work required to meet overall objectives within specified time and budget • 30% - 60% travel as needed to maintain facilities • Technical School training preferred Compensation: $45,000 - $60,000 (DOE)
