Spine Center outpatient facility in Englewood, NJ is looking for an experienced Part Time Physical therapist with NJ State Physical Therapy license and malpractice insurance.

Required skills and qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program,

Current state license as a registered Physical Therapist

Familiarity with Medicare codes and guidelines for billing and compliance

Be able to evaluate patients in order to identify problems and to develop plan of care.

Perform re-evaluations to adjust goals and treatments.

Devise home exercise programs.

Direct, supervise, assess and communicate with office personnel.

Flexible hours -Choose from 15-25 hours a week.

Choose from mid-day hours or evening hours. Choose your days.
