    Job Description

    Due to a ton of growth and success, SpineZone is looking to hire a Recruiter to help facilitate growth for the organization. This role is pivotal when it comes to the team’s ability to efficiently coordinate, discover, and engage the amazing people who make SpineZone what it is. To be successful, you’ll need to roll your sleeves up and be scrappy and agile. We’re looking for a true brand ambassador, with a nose for talent and the ability to dig past the surface of a resume. The ideal candidate is organized, eager to learn and help, and hungry to grow your career within a supremely supportive team. 

     

    WHAT YOU’LL DO:

    • lead the top of funnel efforts for recruiting across the organization
    • Maintain our JazzHR Applicant Tracking System
    • source passive job candidates for a variety of roles across our organization including technical, clinical, and business roles.
    • screen incoming job applications 
    • coordinate and schedule candidate interviews
    • conduct initial candidate phone screening and pitch the company
    • serve as the face of SpineZone to job seekers
    • work closely with agency partners on coordination, calibration, and candidate submission
    • Work with HR Director on projects as necessary

    You have:

    • 1-3 years of experience in a internal recruiting role
    • proficiency with modern sourcing techniques and job posting platforms
    • experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (JazzHR preferred)
    • exceptional organizational skills and a demonstrated ability to organize your day for efficiency
    • strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
    • comfort and composure speaking with wide variety of candidates, employees, and hiring managers
    • passion for the role that talent plays in the growth of a business
    • intrinsic motivation and an appreciation for autonomy
    • ambition to develop and grow your career in the space
    • an eagerness and willingness to give and receive feedback, because we all love learning from each other

    It would be nice if you have:

    • experience recruiting and hiring for roles in the software engineering, technology or clinical space.
    • an interest in Diversity and Inclusion
