    Who we’re looking for:

    We are seeking a growth-minded, highly driven licensed real estate sales professional to join our team as an agent.

    You thrive on taking risks and facing challenges while maintaining a positive attitude. In addition, you demonstrate on a daily basis the knowledge, attitudes, skills, and habits of a high-achieving buyers agent who is committed to putting clients first, to doing the right thing, and to seeking win-win agreements.

    You demonstrate a commitment to learning and strive for growth by attending courses, teaching, and regularly practicing scripts and dialogues. You are committed to investing in the people on the team and regularly provide them with learning and growth opportunities.

    What you’ll do:

    You will be responsible for procuring and servicing listings from contract to close, including sale and repair negotiations. You will have administrative support to ensure the process flow is consistent and the client fully served.

    You will show homes, write up offers, negotiate contracts, negotiate inspection reports and repair addenda, and oversee the contract to close process when working with buyers. A transaction coordinator will be assigned to process paperwork and assist in the contract to close period.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    You will lead generate/follow-up for 10 hours each week.

    You will provide exceptional client service to buyers and sellers.

    You will maintain your license and membership in relevant local, state, and national Realtor associations and MLSs.

    Knowledge and Skills:

    Excellent at building rapport

    People oriented

    Strong written and verbal communication skills

    Good organizational skills

    Learning based

    Able to build and lead a team

    Willing to learn scripts and dialogues

    High school diploma and real estate sales license required

    1–3 years of industry and sales experience preferred
