Who we’re looking for:
We’re looking for a goal-oriented team player who is committed to providing outstanding, Concierge Level service to our agents and clients. This person has a high level of ownership in all they do and naturally seeks to plus experiences and processes.
You demonstrate the knowledge, attitudes, skills, and habits of a high achiever who is committed to putting clients first, doing the right thing, and seeking win-win agreements.
You are a growth-minded individual who is responsible for strong communication and building rapport with our clients, because they’re your clients, too. You are excited to send updates on what you’ve done to promote their listing each week because it’s your personal mission to turn “just listed” into “just sold.”
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of the onboarding and marketing of our listings
Prepares real estate documents for client signatures, completion, and compliance submission
Post Coming Soon, Just Listed, Just Sold, and Open House posts/ads across Social Media
Create Property Descriptions and complete MLS Input
Schedule and organize property photoshoots and custom property URLs
Maintain active listing’s, open houses, edits, and status updates
Provide weekly Seller Updates on our sales and promotion efforts
Support Agents with research and preparation for Listing Appointments
Post Organic Social Media content for promotion of team brand and culture
Execute direct mail campaigns
Design e-blast templates (Canva/Mail Chimp)
Updates client files in CRM with any changes to contact info
Knowledge and Skills:
General Real Estate Knowledge
Excellent at building rapport
People oriented; Process driven
Professional verbal and written communication skills.
Good organizational skills
Willing to learn scripts and dialogues
Real Estate license a plus
