You are adaptable to change and solutions oriented. You relish in taking on assignments quickly and are able to move between projects effortlessly.

What you’ll do:

Support our Quickly Growing Team with Administrative and Some Personal Tasks.

Assist in research and preparation for agent appointments, gathering and interpreting data, creating reports and presentations.

Assist with updating marketing templates, flyers and mailers.

Provide exceptional customer service and assist with ordering, creating, and delivering gifts or other concierge level services as needed.

Effectively manage tasks as assigned such as:

Planning Client Events

Managing Calendars and Booking Travel

Monitoring Emails

Some Website and Social Media Updates

Supply Maintenance and Orders/Returns

Knowledge and Skills:

Detail oriented, self-motivated, organized and ability to multitask

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent organizational skills

Learning based

Knowledge of Microsoft Office

Working Knowledge of Computers and Software

Experience in a Real Estate Office Setting is a plus
