    Some Things You’ll Do:

    Serve as office admin

    Maintain supplies, office equipment and software

    Research and schedule travel arrangements

    Support agents for their client development

    Coordinate all technology programs and execute any technology needs on behalf of the team, including G Suite, iPhone, Brivity

    Purchase Client Gifts and Moments Campaigns, deliver or responsible for delivery

    Execute Direct Mail, Notecard and Letter Campaigns

    Address 50-200 note cards per month

    Serve as marketing manager for team and individual agents

    Create and facilitate marketing calendar

    Design and execute all digital marketing pieces, social media posts, marketing mailers

    Pull/Create stats for various marketing pieces

    Plan and execute events

    Outreach | Business Development -

    Make calls to referrals and clients to nurture relationships

    Referral agent prospecting, plan and nurturing (referral gifts and ongoing communication)

    Creating all electronic client touches and managing consistency in those touches via all social media, email and calls

    Post Close client followup (30-60-90) for referrals and recommendations

    Oversee the production and sending of team newsletter.

    Perform real estate-property related activities

    Prepare listing presentations and CMAs

    Vendor research and scheduling; meet vendors at properties + oversee work

    Nurture vendor book participants for business development

    Neighborhood Letters, Printed, Addressed, Prepped for Mailing

    Create and customize client packets and develop showing schedules/routes

    Document all processes (Print and Digital) for JS and Drive

    Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, Hangout and Partner Call

    Skills You Have:

    Team player

    Strong written and verbal communication skills

    Learning based, growth-minded

    Organized

    Knowledge of basic office suite software and calendaring systems

    Experience with Mailchimp, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other social media platforms

    Excellent time management skills

    Flexible

    Marketing experience required
